GLOSSARY OF CSA TERMS
Short Term Space (STS)
These are properties that may be available by the hour, day or week or on a temporary basis (i.e., a vacant storefront).
Lease Space (LS)
Space that is for lease
Purchase Space (PS)
Space that is for sale
Services (SVC)
These are spaces that offer arts-related services such as a dark room, printing press or wood shop, which can be utilized on an ongoing or as-needed basis.
Directory (DIR)
The Directory is the equivalent of the “Yellow Pages” of creative space located in the City of Denver. Space may or may not be available for use at a particular time. This information is collected so that you have a comprehensive inventory of creative spaces located in the City of Denver.
